The Parochial Church Council of St John with St James
The project involved the conversion of the Crypt of the Grade 2 Listed church into a day centre for community use.
The works included new incoming service mains together with the provision of mechanical and electrical services, formation of a disabled access and lift installation, together with both a new shop and nursery area.
The kitchen area was upgraded to form a catering facility and permanent and demountable partitioning was installed prior to complete redecoration and flooring works.
