The contract involved the conversion of a single storey warehouse unit to form two floors of television technical areas.
The works comprised demolitions, piling through the existing RC slab, erection of a steel structure to form a new first floor area, mechanical and electrical installations including alterations to the plant room, sound proof partitioning systems, raised access floor installation, suspended ceilings, decorations and flooring.
The existing two storey office areas to the front of the building together with the reception area and male and female toilets were also fully refurbished.
