The contract involved the complete external refurbishment of this important building that has a Grade 2 Listed façade.
The works comprised repairs to roof coverings, extensive restoration and cleaning of stonework, re-bronzing of window units and canopy and replacement of over twenty thousand metres of silicon pointing.
The project was undertaken in two phases with the building remaining fully operational throughout the duration of the contract period.
