The works comprised the high quality refurbishment of the fourth floor and reception areas, together with lift lobbies, lift cars and common parts. In addition, a new entrance canopy was constructed and the external elevations, roofs, car park areas and paving were renovated and cleaned.
The contract was completed and handed over to the client ahead of programme.
