The project involved the conversion of a redundant banking hall and offices for use as legal chambers.
The works were undertaken over six floors and included the external repairs and redecoration to the façade and roof, installation of new mechanical & electrical services, refurbishment of the lift, new partitions and complete internal redecoration.
The oak panelling & cornice features to the old banking hall on the ground and first floors were retained, protected and refurbished.
