The works, undertaken in four phases, comprised the reinstatement of shops and offices for reoccupation after a terrorist bomb blast.
Following the clearance operations certain of the premises required internal and external repairs and subsequent fitting out whilst other worse affected and unstable elements were the subject of complete demolition and reconstruction. In addition infrastructure, road and pavement repair works were also necessary.
