The works comprised the external refurbishment of the building elevations which included timber repairs, repointing works, overhauling of windows and redecorations.
The flat roof areas were also overlaid with a proprietary coating system which necessitated the removal, temporary relocation and subsequent replacement of plant and equipment serving the building requiring careful programming and liaison with the tenants.
The project was completed two weeks ahead of the original contract completion date.
