The Barkers Centre, Kensington
Cuffe are currently undertaking the complete external refurbishment and restoration of the major elevations of this landmark building.
The works comprise:
Erection of scaffolding.
Stonework cleaning and repairs.
Refurbishment of windows and external doors, including high quality spray painting and renewal of mastic pointing.
Roof repairs.
The fully sheeted scaffolding has been carefully designed and planned to serve all areas of the elevations and is based on a structure spanning over the canopy.
The works are being carried out in a phased sequence commencing with the Young Street elevation and progressing to Kensington High Street and finally Derry Street.
