The works comprised the internal and external refurbishment of an existing six-storey office building which included the renewal of roof coverings together with the provision of new mechanical and electrical services installations, suspended ceilings and raised floors. The existing toilet and reception areas were also fully refurbished.
In addition, a new curtain walled two-storey extension to the front of the building was constructed.
