Cuffe Wins Award for Marie Curie Hospice Refurbishment
The project involved complete window replacement to the four storey building, refurbishment and high quality fitting out of the 1st and 2nd floors, in phases, and upgrading works to the services infrastructure whilst the Hospice remained fully operational.
Working in a very sensitive environment required particular on-site management skills, flexibility and close liaison with the Hospice management.
As a result of this contract Cuffe was Highly Commended in the Camden Building Quality Awards 2009 and subsequently the contract for the re-fitting of the Ground Floor Reception and adjacent areas was also awarded to Cuffe.
